Our Response to Covid-19!

We have reopened BUT there are still some restrictions and appointment criteria in place!! We are not able to recommence business as usual just yet. We are adhering to the recommendations that are in place on ALL Allied Health Practitioners practicing in Metro Melbourne.

This week we are open:
Monday October 5 from 3pm – 7pm
Tuesday October 6 from 3pm – 7pm
Thursday October 8 from 3pm – 7pm
Friday October 9 from 3pm – 6pm

Next week we are open:
Monday October 12 from 3pm – 7pm
Tuesday October 13 from 3pm – 7pm
Thursday October 15 from 3pm – 7pm
Friday October 16 from 3pm – 6pm

Do I qualify for an adjustment? If you answer YES to any of the following please come in we would love to see you.

Do you feel:

That without treatment (until 26/10/2020) your physical or mental health would significantly deteriorate?

You have an acute condition or a significant flare up of a preexisting chronic condition?

That without treatment you will have an escalation in care needs such as the need for an increased number of visits, increased pain, need for further specialist review or a substantial increase in recovery time as a result of further delay to care?

That you require further assessment and diagnostic imaging such as X-ray, Ultrasound, CT or MRI?

If you answer YES, please come in and follow all signage as directed. We ask you to only come into clinic 5 mins prior to appt time & proceed to the room listed at the reception desk to reduce congestion.

If your answer is NO and you feel that you are not in significant pain, please call us on 03 9786 9666 to reschedule your appointment for when we are able to continue providing our high quality health care that helps you maintain your usual level of health and wellbeing.

We apologise as we are still restricted in our service to our community and are very appreciative of your understanding so far.
