RESTRICTIONS SNAP LOCKDOWN 16 July 2021

We remain OPEN!  The clinic is available for patients that have scheduled appointments and would deteriorate if they delay, and for urgent cases. Non essential consultations can be delayed until restrictions ease.

ALTERED CLINIC HOURS – During this time, we will have changes to clinic hours so please book online or call the clinic to book during this time.  PLEASE NOTE – we may have to alter your scheduled appointment time to accommodate the temporary change in hours!

Please leave a voicemail if the phone is unattended and we will return your call as soon as possible!  ONLINE BOOKINGS DURING THIS TIME ARE ONLY FOR EXISTING PATIENTS –  

In relation to the government directives, Allied Health will remain open for essential care during the snap lockdown.

Essential care is for those that who, in the absence of care, would experience a significant deterioration in their symptoms if they delay their appointment (ie increased need for prescription medication due to a significant increase in pain); that would then result in an escalation of their care.

Our reception staff will be in touch with everyone who has a booking during the scheduled lock down period to determine whether your care is deemed necessary or is to be rescheduled to a later date. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.
