Appointment Times

Dear Patients, please note: we have had some issues with wating room congestion so we have now made it clinic policy that patients can only wait in the waiting area within 5 minutes prior to their allcoated appointment time. Unfortunatley as we are a busy small clinic we have patients arriving outside of their allocated times hoping to get in early, however this causes congestion as patients who are booked at those times are unable to find a seat and then we have staff pressured to try squeeze the patients in to free up the waiting area. We apologise for any inconvenience but if patients can please stay in their cars, or even take a seat outside and come in only a few minutes before their allocated time to allow for the flow of the clinic to maintain.  We appreciate your understanding.
